1. Agreement
By using InboxCover, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
2. Service Scope
InboxCover provides email aliases, forwarding, and related features such as premium domains, custom domains, API access, and reply-from-alias on eligible plans.
3. Account and Security
You are responsible for the accuracy of your account information, protecting account access, and all activity under your account. You must promptly notify us of suspected unauthorized access.
4. Acceptable Use
You may not use InboxCover for unlawful activity, abuse, phishing, malware delivery, fraud, harassment, or unsolicited bulk email in violation of applicable law. We may suspend or terminate accounts involved in abuse.
5. Domains, Aliases, and API Use
Shared domain aliases are provided subject to availability and abuse controls. You are responsible for custom domain authorization and DNS configuration. API usage must follow technical limits and security requirements communicated by InboxCover.
6. Billing and Subscription
Paid plans are billed monthly unless stated otherwise. You authorize us to charge your selected payment method for recurring fees until cancellation. Plan changes may take effect immediately or at the next billing cycle, depending on billing logic in your account.
7. Availability and Changes
We may modify features, pricing, limits, or technical requirements over time. We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service.
8. Disclaimer of Warranties
InboxCover is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis to the maximum extent permitted by law, without warranties of any kind.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, InboxCover and its operators are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of data, revenue, or business arising from use of the service.
10. Termination
You may stop using the service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these terms, abuse risk, legal requirements, or non-payment.
